Access at CREATE Disability Support Services support people with a disability to achieve successful participation in their community.
CREATE Access is a large and dynamic department within CREATE (Wyndham) Incorporated. Access provides individualised support to people with a disability, as well as people who are experiencing multiple barriers to employment.
They are focussed on providing the support and encouragement that is needed for people to achieve their personal dreams and aspirations in the life areas of their choice.
Their vision is to offer services that have a flowing effect in changing people's lives for the better, and to help people access the support or service that best meets their needs. Their programs focus on the individual achieving real, life changing outcomes.
